Stephanie’s work is very deep and therapeutic. She is a certified massage
therapist and specializes in injury recovery and chronic pain management. She
utilizes a variety of muscle specific techniques on her work. Her style is
based on Swedish massage, using professional draping techniques, uses oil or
lotion, and incorporates other modalities including deep tissue, PNF stretches
as well as passive and active release techniques to relax and reeducate muscles.
She takes a very personal approach with her clients and sees many of them on
a regular basis.
