Steven provides therapeutic massage for relief from pain and
stress caused by overworking and over training, massage for
specific conditions caused by injury, posture, or movement
patterns, and wellness massage for long term body maintenance.
Steven's approach to bodywork is to help with your immediate
problems while giving guidance for long term care. He combines
focused deep pressure with facilitated movement, stretching,
and relaxation techniques. At the beginning of each session
your goals are discussed and the treatment is customized to
help achieve them.
Steven has over 1200 hours of state approved training in bodywork,
and is certified as an Advanced Bodywork Therapist. His
experience includes providing massage in health clubs, luxury spas,
a chiropractic office, and a yoga studio.
