David is one of the most versatile personal trainers. He teaches X-bike™, Spinning™, as well as, individual, partner and group trainings. In addition, he teaches group exercise classes at the Apple Corporate Fitness Center, the Palo Alto YMCA, and recently at the Sequoia’s Assisted Living Home. He leads specialty Group Exercise classes for Active Adults and Seniors Back and Balance Classes, Postural Corrective and Rehabilitation Exercises, using mixed modalities including: Chair and Floor Exercises, Stability Balls, Resistance Bands, Dumbbells and other exercises to increase ROM, build strength and revitalize. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association™ Certified Personal Trainer, Chek Institute, Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and Foothill College Personal Training Certification Program honors graduate with an emphasis on Athletic Training, Injury Prevention, Training Older Adults, Adaptive Training and Injury Rehabilitation. He specializes in holistic program designs for Nutrition, Sport Specific Training, (Altitude, Climbing and Endurance Cycling, Golf and Skiing), Strength and Conditioning, and Lifestyle and Weight-Loss Programs. David’s sports and fitness background experience includes years as a competitive athlete, Professional Ski Instructor, Professional Ski Patroller, National Ski Patrolman, Patrol Leader and Testing and Training Instructor; Altitude, Climbing and Endurance Cyclist, Adventure Traveler, and Youth Soccer and Baseball Sports Coach. Prior to his career change and dedication to personal training, David earned an A.A. in Commercial Art, which lead him on a path as a medical illustrator and graphics designer at Stanford University Medical Center, Cardiology Division, and a long, successful consulting career providing creative solutions, as an art director, marketing and advertising executive for many innovative companies throughout Silicon Valley, including Apple, HP, Silicon Graphics, KPCB, Sequoia Capital, and Morgan Stanley.
