How do I make an appointment?

It is easy to make an appointment online using the "Book Now" button on the home page. Once you click on the button, choose the practitioner and service that you want and we will contact you to confirm your appointment shortly.

Or, you can contact each of our practitioners directly to make an appointment.  You will find contact information for each practitioner on their profile page as well as detailed information on their skills and services offered.

Where are you located?

We are located at 895 Sherwood Ave., Suite 101 in Los Altos, CA. Sherwood is a small street that connects San Antonio and El Camino Real and runs behind Chef Chu's and Peet's Coffee. We are located in the same building as Esprit de Corps Pilates.

What are your rates?

Since all of our practitioners run their own businesses they all have their own rates.  Most massage therapists charge $70 to $85 for a 1-hour session. You can visit a therapists individual profile page to get their specific rates and services.

Can I get a massage therapist to come to my home?

Each city has specific rules and regulations for house calls.  You will need to check with each individual practitioner to see if they are permitted to do house calls in your city.

How do I know what type of massage or bodywork is right for me?

Visit the “Our Services” page for brief descriptions on massage styles and techniques.  If you still need more information, talk with your practitioner prior to your session about your specific needs.  Your practitioner can then tailor your session specifically for you and will incorporate the appropriate techniques as needed.

Should I tip my massage therapist and if so, how much?

If you feel that you received an excellent massage and service from your practitioner it is appropriate to leave a tip.  Any amount from $5 to $25 is typical, depending on the length and cost of your service. It is never required to leave a tip but it is always appreciated.

What types of payment do therapists take?

All of our therapists take cash and checks.  We do not have the facilities to take credit cards at this time.  Many of our practitioners can accept payments through Paypal.  Please see your practitioner’s profile page for more on payment information or talk with them directly.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

All of our practitioners sell their own gift certificates. You can visit each practitioner's profile page to find out more about purchasing gift certificates from them directly.

Will my insurance cover a massage or other type of bodywork?

You will need to check with your insurance and your therapist to see if massage or bodywork is covered. Most therapists will supply you with the proper paperwork to get reimbursed from your insurance agency but will not bill them directly.
